INTUMESCENT PAINTS
Paints tested and certified according to the Italian and European regulations to ensure the fire resistance of painted artefacts. Intumescent paints develop, following a chemical reaction that begins at 200° C, a compact and insulating foam that protects the structures from action of fire. Intumescent paints allow to guarantee the mechanical resistance (R), smoke containment (E) and thermal insulation (I) of painted elements for the time (in minutes) required. Are used for the treatment of steel, wooden, reinforced cement structures such as beams, pillars, prefabricated panels, ceilings and brick walls.
